FAQs
How long can we use the venue?
You can access the studios from the start of your hire period. All set up and pack down must be included in your hire period.
How many people can we invite?
For seated events, we recommend capping your event at 50 (studio 1) and 35 (studio 2). If standing, we recommend capping your event at 70 (studio 1) and 50 (studio 2).
How far in advance do we have to book for the event?
Although we can try accomodate last minute inquiries, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance so we can best plan for your event.
How can we make a booking?

To secure your event date, we require full payment in advance.
What happens if we need to change or cancel our event booking?
Cancellations made 7 days before the event date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations or no shows within the 48 hour period prior to your event date will not receive any refund under any circumstances and are non-transferable.
